Ease of transport and installation. The weight per m 2 of each System panel before the application of the concrete depends on the type of panel and ranges between 3.5 kg / m 2 and 5 kg / m 2. This makes it possible for only one operator to easily move more than 3m 2 of the panel.

Acoustic isolation

Fire resistance

The EPS used in the Future Homes System is the self-extinguishing class, which prevents the propagation of flames. The fire resistance tests carried out, for example in panels with an 8 cm core, have given values over 120 minutes, keeping the flames, smoke, and gases tight, while maintaining complete integrity.
